Our dinner was too much and so good!! My order was for two people but end up feeding four (company came) people! Thank you very much for such good services. We loved Japanese food anytime, the Best.

I recently ordered two of their party trays for an event, and they were absolutely beautiful! The pickup was right on time, and the staff was friendly and professional, making the whole process seamless. I also stop in here occasionally for lunch, and the food is always fantastic—consistently fresh and delicious. It's such a pleasure to have this gem in town. Highly recommend for any occasion!

We came here for lunch during the lunch rush and we were very pleased! Our food took a little long, but we had that understanding going into it knowing we were in the middle of a large amount of take out orders. That being said, our server was still on point and made sure we were taken care of! The fish was very fresh and the rolls were delicious! We ordered the Poke Nachos, Tres Pinos and Rainbow rolls. The miso soup hit perfectly on this cold Hollister day. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If you’re looking for delicious sushi and flavorful teriyaki at a great price, this is the spot. The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. But the real star for me is the teriyaki whether it’s chicken, beef, or salmon, the meat is perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with that rich, savory-sweet teriyaki glaze that keeps me coming back. The portions are generous, the service is friendly and welcoming. It’s my go-to spot when I’m craving something satisfying and delicious. Highly recommend!

The staff here is the sweetest you’ll ever meet. Service is fast, food is delicious, and location is perfect! A must try in Hollister! I love trying their new rolls/specials. They recently updated their menu and the new rolls are amazing too! I asked our waitress which one was her favorite and tried all of the ones she recommended. Amazing choice!

My favorite go to sushi spot! You must try! Food is exceptional. Kid friendly(chicken nuggets and fries) The Spicy Tuna Roll was fresh and spicy, while the Dragon Roll was perfectly balanced. The sushi is expertly prepared and presented beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend Supreme Sushi for a great sushi experience.
